Introduction.
Hey there! Welcome to Paki Engineering & Construction Services Company. By checking out our website and using what we offer, you’re saying yes to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with something here, please don’t use our services.
1. Info We Grab
We do all sorts of building stuff, like:
- Homes and stores
- Basic structure and finish work
- Fixing up, changing, and keeping buildings in good shape
- Interior & Exterior Designing
- Electrical & Plumbing Installations
- Managing building projects
- Material Supply
- Architecture & Structural Design Consultancy
- Factories and storage buildings
- Renovation, Remodeling & Maintenance
2. Project Estimates & Quotations.
- Estimates and quotes usually last for 30 days, unless we say otherwise.
- The final price can change if the design changes, materials aren't available, or you want to change something.
- Once you sign the agreement, any extra work you ask for will cost extra.
3. What the Client Needs to Do.
- Make sure to give us the correct project info, drawings, and site access.
- If you cause any delays (like with payments, site access, or approvals), we might need to reschedule or charge extra.
- Before we start, please get all the necessary government or city approvals.
4. Payments & Billing
- Pay as agreed in the contract or quote.
- If you're late on payments, the project might get delayed or put on hold.
- Once we buy materials or start working, payments are not refundable.
5. Materials & Quality
- We get our construction stuff from suppliers we trust, so it's all good stuff.
- If you want something special, like a certain brand, you gotta tell us in writing.
- Our team always sticks to the right plans and safety rules when we're building.
6. Warranties & Liability
- We guarantee our work as stated in our project agreement.
- We aren't responsible for damage if something's misused, not taken care of, or altered by someone else.
- If there's a disagreement, what we owe you can't be more than the cost of the service in question.
7. Safety Rules
- We build stuff by the book, following all Pakistan Engineering Council rules and city building laws.
- Keeping our workers, machines, and anyone visiting safe is super important.
- Please don't walk into construction areas if you don't have permission.
8. Intellectual Property
- All the designs, plans, drawings, and documents our company makes are ours. You only own them if we give them to you in writing.
- You can’t copy or resell our stuff without asking.
9. Ending the Project
- Either you or we can end this project by writing the other person a letter saying so.
- If we end things, you still have to pay us for the work we did up until then.
- Anything we've made for you, even if it's not done yet, stays ours until you've paid us everything you owe.
10. Resolving Disagreements
- We'll try to sort out any disagreements by talking it through first.
- If we can't agree, we'll go to arbitration following Pakistani law, right here in Karachi.
11. Terms and Conditions Updates
We can change these Terms and Conditions whenever we want. We’ll post the new version on our site. If you keep using our services after that, it means you agree to the changes.
